PM Pashinyan receives CSTO secretary general

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received today Collective Security Treaty Organization Secretary General Stansilav Zas, the Prime Minister’s Office reported.
It said that Pashinyan welcomed the CSTO Secretary General in Yerevan, noting that his visit is a good opportunity to discuss the current situation in the CSTO region, as well as to summarize the CSTO activities in 2021.
Stanislav Zas thanked for the meeting, adding that the main planning document for next year’s CSTO activities has already been developed.
The current situation in the CSTO area of responsibility, the problems and the steps aimed at overcoming the challenges, as well as the programs and measures envisaged by the organization in 2022 were discussed at the meeting.
