Voter turnout in Armenia’s parliamentary elections continued to rise steadily throughout the day, with 1,224,957 citizens casting their ballots by 5:00 PM on June 7, according to the Central Electoral Commission. The figure represents 48.92% of the country’s 2,503,976 registered voters, meaning nearly one in every two eligible citizens had participated with several hours of voting still remaining.
The latest turnout data marks a significant increase from the 2:00 PM update, when participation stood at 33.84%, indicating a strong afternoon mobilization of voters across the country.
