In an interview with Factor TV, the head of the European Union delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Andrea Wiktorin talked about the solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, ensuring the rights and security of the Armenian population, the need for direct contact between Stepanakert and Baku.
The Ambassador spoke about strengthening of democracy in Armenia and the existing challenges, the role of women in public and state spheres and the need of promotion of that role. Andrea Wiktorin talked about the EU’s Civil Observation Mission and the fake news spread about it, the security situation, EU’s support for Armenia’s reform agenda, the provision of €2.6 billion of support to Armenia, as well as its work activities in Armenia and other topics.
