300,000 Armenians left for Russia as temporary workers in 2021

About 300,000 Armenians traveled to Russia for work, according to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Among the foreigners who came to Russia as temporary workers citizens of Uzbekistan are on the first place; since the beginning of the year, more than 3 mil. Uzbeks have traveled to different regions of Russia to find work. Another 60,000 citizens of Uzbekistan arrived in different cities of Russia to study.
They are followed by Tajiks: Almost 1.6 million citizens of that country have left for Russia this year to work. Third are Kyrgyz: more than 600,000.
Only 200,000 Azerbaijani citizens left the country to work as temporary workers in Russia.
