Azerbaijani regime responsible for death of Armenian soldier – Armenian ombudsman

The Azerbaijani regime is acting in violation of international law and is responsible for deliberately inflicting gunshot wounds on Armenian servicemen, killing one of them, the Office of the Armenian ombudsman said in a statement today.
The statement referred to the December 10 attack of Azerbaijani units at Armenian positions in the Sotk – Verish Shorzha sector of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
