26.11.2021 | 18:16Russia hopes that holding “3 + 3″ meetings is not so far away,” Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko has told TASS. “The elaboration of those issues is still going on, the consent of all the participants must be obtained. When it is obtained, we will announce where it will take place.
Rudenko said Georgia’s place in the “3 + 3” platform with the participation of the three countries of the South Caucasus – Russia, Turkey and Iran – will be maintained until Tbilisi is ready to participate in such discussions.
Earlier, the Georgian foreign minister has said that Tbilisi would not participate in that initiative, that was proposed by Turkey and Azerbaijan after the second Karabakh war.
