For examining the use of the funds collected by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and transferred to the Armenian state budget, a NA Investigative Committee was established by force of law, NA Deputy Speaker Hakob Arshakyan said today at the regular sitting of the National Assembly.
“I have connections in the Diaspora, my friends have been expressing concern for months that a deliberate policy is being pursued to discredit the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, Vigen Khachatryan, a member of the Civil Contract faction, emphasized, “I consider this a scoundrel.” He said the problem of the opposition is to take the government under a magnifying glass, find and point out the shortcomings.
“It is also a scoundrel when the official delegation is abroad, there is contempt for the delegation of that country, organizing riots while one can ask for a reception and make demands,” Khachatryan added.
