The Industrial Company Joint-Stock Company has transferred to the Government of the Republic of Armenia 25% of the Company’s shares, the Government’s press service said.
The Industrial Company owns 60% of the Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine. The 25% given to the Government of the Republic of Armenia is 15% of the total capital of ZCMC, which was later transferred to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia. The Industrial Company is a company belonging to the GeoProMining Armenia, which in on September 30, 2021 acquired the 60% of ZCMC shares.
