Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan did not attend a joint session of the councils of foreign, defense ministers and Security Council secretaries of CSTO member countries in Dushanbe because of a technical issue of the aircraft, Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Vahan Hunanyan told Factor.am
However, Mirzoyan is set to leave for Dushanbe on 16 September, where he will take part in activities of CSTO bodies, Hunanyan said.
A photograph of the session of ministers was posted on Internet, with Mirzoyan absent, which became a topic for discussion.
