Within the framework of government support programs, about 1 billion AMD will be allocated annually to border communities. The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Davit Khachatryan mentioned this at today’s press conference. He added that the ministry has been continuing the needs assessment process since December.

“The process of the needs assessment will be completed in March, and after summarizing the data we will present proposals for the development of rural areas,” said Khachatryan.
