Azeri troops deliberately set fires near Sotk and Near Kut villages – Ombudsman

Since 11 a.m., Azeri troops deliberately set fires near the villages of Sotk and Kut, Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page.
“During the day, the fires in the direction of Sotk village of the Gegharkunik province were extinguished, but those near Kut village were not,” the post reads. Tatoyan says the areas are grasslands and pastures of the residents of nearby Armenian villages, and the fires pose a real threat to the civilian population.
