Minister of economy discusses cooperation with Lufthansa representatives

Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan on August 11 received the representatives of the Lufthansa airline. Alfred Kocharyan, acting chairman of the Tourism Committee, also took part in the meeting. The press service of the Ministry of Economy said prospects and ways of cooperation with Lufthansa were, the priorities of tourism for Armenia were discussed at the meeting.
Emphasizing the activation of Armenia-Germany business ties, Kerobyan noted that there are great opportunities and prospects for the development of cooperation between the two countries in the field of tourism. Introducing the potential tourism markets for Armenia, he emphasized the state policy of focusing quality in that sphere. In this context, the minister spoke about the possibility of having tourist flows from Germany to Armenia, exchanged views with the representatives of the company on the issues of organizing joint marketing campaigns between the two countries to activate those flows.
