Belarus president awarded ‘Friend of Azerbaijan’ medal

Azerbaijan has awarded President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko with a new medal. In particular, yesterday in Minsk, Lukashenko was awarded the Friend of Azerbaijan medal of the international magazine My Azerbaijan for “great service to the friendly and fraternal attitude towards the Azerbaijani people and the establishment, strengthening and development of bilateral relations with Azerbaijan.”
According to Azeri media, the editor-in-chief of My Azerbaijan took part in the “Big Conversation with the President” event, which is traditionally held in Minsk at a press conference for journalists, experts, media community and public figures. After the press conference, the Azeri editor-in-chief presented the medal to Lukashenko, who thanked the editorial board, stressing that the friendly relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan are developing every day.
