One of the charges against Goris Mayor Arush Arushanyan has been dropped, his lawyer Erik Aleksanyan told Factor.am.

He said the supervising prosecutor found no evidence that Arushanyan had prevented citizens to exercise their voting rights as well as obstructed the work of the election commission.

Arushanyan, the number 32 on the Armenia bloc’s electoral list, was accused of vote buying conspiracy to secure maximum number of votes for his bloc.
