29-year-old Yerevan resident named as suspect in stabbing Yerevan Council of Elders’ member

The investigation in the case of stabbing Yerevan Council of Elders’ member Arman Antonyan continues, the Investigation Committee said in a statement.
A 29-year-old resident of Yerevan, whose name is withheld, is wanted as one of the two suspects in the case.
Antonyan was attacked and stabbed in early hours of August 1, 2021 by two masked men at his residence Nor Artamet village of Kotayk province. The perpetrators also stabbed his 87-year-old grandfather, who tried to resist them.
