My Step MP Vladimir Vardanyan, referring to the observation of Armenia  bloc MP Armen Rustamyan that the rules have been violated, as members of the bloc Artur Sargsyan and Mkhitar Zakaryan are under arrest, emphasized that the NA cannot influence the justice system. He urged to follow the calls of the Catholicos of All Armenians, the President of the Republic of Armenia, to proceed to the normal work of the National Assembly. In response, Armenia bloc MP Aram Vardanyan was aware that there was no exception to depriving the MP immunity  other than by consent of the National Assembly.

MP Knyaz Hasanov, chairing the sitting in the newly elected National Assembly, offered the MPs to register. Armenia bloc member Artsvik Minasyan said requested a 20-minute break in accordance with Article 63 of the NA Rules of Procedure to discuss the issue of releasing the detained MPs of their faction Mkhitar Zakaryan and Artur Sargsyan.

Hasanov said that it was not his right and propose to move to the agenda, which caused the anger of the Armenia bloc MPs. As a sign of protest, they started slapping the tables with their hands. \

“Please stop, this is not a place for a rally, this is a parliament, the whole world is watching us,” Hasanov said, suggesting they should wait for the break.
