Azerbaijani soldiers have provoked a crossfire in the border section near ​​Verin Shorzha village of Gegharkunik Province, an Armenian Army senior officer has said.

In response to Armenpress’ news agency question, the head of the General Staff Information Department, Col. Samvel Asatryan said that the Azeris started the shooting leaving one Armenian soldier wounded. He added that according to “our information,” two Azeri soldiers were wounded as well.
