Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Azeri counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov met in Moscow on April 1, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
The Foreign Ministers discussed the implementation process of the agreements of November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021, between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia.
