The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported that on March 30, NCO Heydar Rovshan oglu Ali drowned in the lake in Martuni. The incident took place off service time. An investigation is underway.
According to the information spread on the Azerbaijani domain of the Internet, Ali was a commander of an intelligence battalion and had taken part in the second Artsakh war.
In addition, rumors about the death of another soldier in Kubatlu are spread on social networks. However, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has not confirmed this yet. It should be reminded that yesterday the Azeri Defense Ministry reported the death of a soldier in Karvachar.
