National Assembly Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan will be the Special Representative of Armenia in the Armenia-Turkey dialogue process, Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Vahan Hunanyan said.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has said that official Yerevan and Ankara are ready to take concrete steps to normalize relations and will appoint special representatives on both sides. Yerevan also confirmed the news, noting that “we are ready to normalize relations without preconditions.”

Turkey appoint former Turkish Ambassador to the United States Serdar Kilic as its special representative.
