The Armenian Genocide bill will be debated in the second reading in the British Parliament on December 10, the Armenian National Committee of Great Britain said.

This is the stage at which MPs are able to debate the principles of the bill. Whether or note the debate takes place depend on the parliamentary agenda of the day.

Initially, the bill was introduced by MP John Spellar in May.
