The Constitutional Court continued today the hearing of the application of the Armenia bloc, disputing the Article 20.1, Part 3, Article 22, Paragraph 3 of the Armenian Law on Ensuring the Sanitary and Epidemiological Safety of the Population, and the health minister’s Order No. 65 of August 20, 2021, according to which public workers must either be vaccinated against coronavirus or submit a negative PCR test every 14 days.

The Constitutional Court upheld several motions requesting that the government submit a number of data and documents.
