The 28th session of the OSCE Ministerial Council will be held in Stockholm on December 2-3, during which, among other things, the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be discussed, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said today, noting that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will also take part in the council session.

“Issues related to the settlement of conflicts in the OSCE area, including eastern Ukraine, Transdniester, Nagorno Karabakh, and stability in the Caucasus will also be discussed. One of the topics on the agenda will be the development of the situation in Afghanistan,” Zakharova said.
