US President Joe Biden has invited 110 countries to the Virtual Democracy Summit to be held on December 9-10. According to the list published on the State Department’s website on Tuesday, Armenia is also among those invited. Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia and China have not been invited to the summit.
In addition to Armenia, the list of those invited from the countries of the region also includes Georgia.
The list also includes the main Western allies of the United States. India, Pakistan and Iraq are also invited. In addition to the heads of states, the summit will be attended by representatives of civil society and the private sector.
