US President Joe Biden has sent a congratulatory message to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Nowruz, in which he stated that his administration is committed to assisting the parties of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in achieving a lasting and peaceful settlement. This was reported by the Azerbaijani media.
“My administration will work with Azerbaijan to address issues of common concern related to security and regional peace. As a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, we are committed to assisting the parties in achieving a lasting and peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and encouraging reconciliation between Armenia and Azerbaijan for the benefit of a peaceful future,” Biden said in a statement.
