Speaking at the 9th meeting of the CIS Security Council Secretaries in Moscow on November 17, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said  that Azerbaijan not only does not observe the ceasefire, but also does not fulfill the agreements reached.

He said Armenia considers the military operations carried out by Azerbaijan as acts against the territorial integrity of Armenia. He said Armenia remains committed to the peace process, it is ready to start the process of demarcation, but at the same time will resolutely repel any military aggression on borders.
