Azerbaijan continues to fabricate criminal cases against Armenian prisoners of war. According to Azerbaijani media reports, the cases of Armenian citizens Ishkhan Sargsyan and Vladimir Rafaelyan, after completing the investigation,  have been referred to the Serious Crimes Court in Gandzak (Ganja).

They both are charged with terrorism. The court session will take place on November 23, at 10:30.
