The CEC has published the preliminary results of the local elections

Local government elections were held in Stepanavan, Kapan and Ijevan, Arzni and Lermontovo on November 14.

The CEC has published the preliminary data of the elections.

The winner in Stepanavan was the Civil Contract party, with 4004 votes; the Prosperous Armenia party – 705 votes, the Armenian National Congress – 218 votes.

The Shant Dashink nationalist party won in Kapan with 13,962 votes. The Civil Contract received 5791 votes.

In Ijevan: the Civil Contract party won with 10,003 votes, the ARF received 1964 votes.

Artashes Lalayan is leading in the elections of the Council of Elders in Arzni with 116 votes.

In Lermontovo, Vasily Korolev has 46 votes in the mayoral election, and Edik Chakhalyan won the mayoral election with 167 votes.
