Azerbaijan planning to build Turkic cultural center in occupied Armenian Shushi

“We propose to build a cultural center of the Turkic world in Shushi, in Karabakh, which is an integral part of the Turkic world,” said Gunay Effendiyeva, President of the International Foundation for Turkic Culture and Heritage, at the 8th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Turkic Speaking States in Istanbul, accoridng to Azerbaijani media.
“Azerbaijan’s ‘greatest victory’ is the victory of the whole Turkic world, because it united the whole Turkic world. Turkey’s open support for Azerbaijan has become an example of real brotherhood and friendship for the whole world,” Efendiyeva said. She noted that work is already underway to build a cultural center of the Turkic world in Shushi.
“This center will become a place of fusion of our history, culture and heritage, will become one of the symbols of our solidarity, a new proof of our eternal brotherhood,” she said.
