A tractor of one of the former servicemen was damaged by a shot fired from Azerbaijani positions in Khachik village of Vayots Dzor region today. The provocation was carried out at the time of carrying out agricultural works. Fortunately, only the windows of the tractor were damaged by the shots, and the tractor driver, Tatul Asatryan, was able to escape unharmed.

They say we may not be able to go down and work in the fields. The residents of the village are worried,” Asatryan told Factor TV today

He said he was doing agricultural work with his tractor in someone else’s field, when the tractor glass was broken by a shot. He did not hear the shots, he only realized from the damage to the glass that it was a shot, he quickly left the area.

“There has been no such thing in the last 20 years, we have always worked quietly in the fields, and now we do not know what will happen,” Asatryan said.

Yesterday, Azeris shot at four people repairing water lines on the Shushi-Stepanakert highway, killing one. In mid-October, another farmer, who was standing next to a Russian peacekeeper, was fatally shot in the Martakert region.
