The summit between President Vladimir Putin, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan is planned to be held via a video conference, but there are no clear agreements on terms, Russian president’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, RIA Novosti reported.
