Compensation to Artsakh residents who lost their properties in war to start on Nov. 10

The process of paying 4-month assistance to citizens displaced from the Artsakh Republic due to the war or who have lost their residential properties in the Artsakh Republic will start on November 10 (to be paid for September-October), according to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
“The money will be provided non-cash by transferring it to the beneficiary’s card account. It should be reminded that under the program, financial assistance is provided to the citizens who are displaced from the Artsakh Republic due to the war or who lost their properties in the Artsakh Republic and currently reside in Armenia or Artsakh.
