As of 11:00 on March 16, a total of 179․287 cases of COVID have been confirmed, 166.702 of which have recovered and 3.277 died. 8.469 patients are currently under treatment. A total of 780.085 tests have been performed. Thus, 3.242 tests were performed yesterday, from which 585 new cases of COVID were confirmed. Since yesterday, 292 people have recovered and 12 died. The previous day, 2 cases of death were registered, when the patients had a coronavirus infection, but the death occurred because of another disease. The total number of such cases is 839.
