5 killed, 14 wounded in minibus accident on Yerevan-Gyumri highway

A Gazel minibus travelling to Yerevan from Gyumri rolled over on the highway, near the village of Kakaghadzor, today at around 07:00 a.m. on its way to Yerevan, killing five of its passengers and leaving 14 others wounded, a Police spokesman told Factor.am.
According to early reports, the passengers of the minibus were harvest workers. The seven of the wounded were taken to the Yerevan Medical Center, three others to the Ashtarak Hospital; three of the wounded are Gyumri residents, some are residents of Vanadzor. The police are working to identity the driver. A preliminary investigation is underway.
