At its meeting today, the Armenian government passed a decision to allot a AMD 13.473 billion (about US $27 million) loan to the Artsakh Republic. The money will be spent to cover expenses for electricity, gas supply and communication services, as well as for paying October 2021 salaries, pensions, healthcare and other benefits.

“The financial support provided to Artsakh after November 2010 is, in fact, approaching AMD 100 billion, this is very important, and we will continue this process with one consideration in mind: to stimulate economic activity in Artsakh,” said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
