Lithuanian donation of 27,500 doses of AstraZeneka vaccine arrives in Armenia
Lithuania’s donation of 27,500 doses of AstraZeneka vaccine was delivered to Armenia today. Thanks to the EU civil protection mechanisms, it was possible to organize the safe transportation of vaccine-containing goods to Armenia, according to the EU Office in Armenia.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of Armenia Inga Stanite-Tolochkiene, the Acting Head of the European Union Delegation Jan Plesinger, the Deputy Minister of Health Lena Nanushyan officially accepted the donation at the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
