The fires set by Azerի soldiers in Gegharkunik province burn not only the pastures and hayfields, but also the grass that people have stockpiled for winter, Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page.

He says a resident of Kut village has informed his office that the fire was just 4-5 meters away from his hay sacks. Villagers also say that after extinguishing the fires, Azeri troops deliberately start them again.
