The traffic on the Goris-Shurnukh-Kapan section of the M2 interstate road was resumed Kapan Mayor Gevorg Parsyanthat on August 27 at 20:00, Kapan mayor has said.

He said that concrete blocks have been placed on the road in Nor Arajadzor sections to slow down the traffic. Russian border guards will control those sections of the road.

On August 25, at about 11 pm, Azerbaijani troops blocked the Karmrakar-Shurnukh section of the Kapan-Goris interstate road.
