A delegation headed by the Armenian Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan has arrived in Moscow, Ministry of Defense has told Armenpress, adding that the invitation to visit Russia was received from the Russian Minister of Defense on July 26 during a telephone conversation between Arshak Karapetyan and Sergey Shoigu.

The Armenian delegation consists of top military officials of the General Staff, heads of structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Defense. The program of the visit is quite full, a number of meetings with different dimensions are planned, according to the Ministry.
