Hakob Arshakyan to former defense minister: You were in charge when Azerbaijan was getting modern arms

The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Hakob Arshakyan, in his speech at the NA sitting referred to the observations of the former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan.
“You have been in charge of the Armenian army for eight years, at the very time when Azerbaijan was armed with the most modern weapons,” Arshakyan said.
“You werehave been responsible for the efficiency of the Armenian Armed Forces. Years ago, Azerbaijan established a ministry engaged in the military industry and started the production of drones. What did you do then, 10 years ago, so that the Armenian army also develops in that direction with technology and knowledge? “Not only should they have a modern weapon, but they should also know how to control it, because in this case there is very little to have, because it is not about muscles and shooting abilities,” said the NA Deputy Speaker.
