Bayramov accuses Armenia of taking a ‘destructive stance’

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov called Armenia’s position “destructive” in terms of normalization of relations during his meeting with the Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan Assad Haysar, local media reported.
Bayramov briefed the speaker of the Pakistani parliament on the post-conflict situation in the region. He called on Yerevan to “renounce provocations and start negotiations on the delimitation of the border to ensure stability and security in the region.”
Azerbaijani forces, which have been in the Armenian sovereign territory since May 12, today launched offensive operations on the Armenian border, from Sotk to Verin Shorzha, trying to create favorable conditions for progress. In response to the Azeri provocation, the Armenian side has the victims and four wounded.
