During a search operation in the Varanda (Fizuli) region today, rescuers found and evacuated the remains of four servicemen (volunteers, reservists) who were considered missing during the war.

Their identity will be confirmed in Armenia after a forensic medical examination. From November 13, 2020 to July 23, 2021, a total of 1,615 bodies were evacuated from the Azeri-occupied territories of Artsakh. The State Emergency Service will provide additional information on the results of the upcoming search sectors.
