Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that all the captives have been returned to Armenia. He mentioned this at a press conference with the participation of foreign media today.

“We have returned the captives who were with us. The people who are kept with us do not belong to this category, they are terrorists and saboteurs.

“The statements of Armenia and other countries are insubstantial,” Aliyev said.

He also voiced accusations against Armenia, noting that so far they have not been provided with maps of minefields.
