On behalf of the people of Belarus and on his own behalf, President Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Armenian Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the victory of the Civil Contract party in the snap elections.
“Your determination and service to the interests of the Armenian people have become the key to success in a possible social and political campaign for the country,” said Lukashenko. He expressed confidence that the cooperation between Minsk and Yerevan in various fields will continue to develop for the sake of friendship and prosperity of the two peoples.
