We lost $ 100 million invested in Artsakh after the war, director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund

Before the war, since the day founded, Hayastan All Armenian Fund raised more than $ 300 million. More than $ 200 million of them went to Artsakh, Haykak Arshamyan, Executive Director of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund, said at the discussion called “New Reality, New Approaches”.
“After the war, we lost about $ 100 million invested in Artsakh, if we consider that a part of the Karvachar road is not there anymore, there are no plans for Hadrut and etc. In any case, neither local organizations nor individuals said that “the money we gave went for nothing” or “why have we done that”.
