Armenian, Russian FMs discuss ‘international, regional agenda’

10.12.2021 | 17:13Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahe Gorgyan and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko discussed issues of bilateral, international and regional agenda “in a constructive atmosphere” in Moscow today, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry website. No other details are reported.
The first meeting of the “3 + 3” regional cooperation platform is scheduled for today in Moscow. It is dedicated to strengthening peace and stability in the South Caucasus. Deputy foreign ministers of Armenia, Russia, Iran, Turkey and Azerbaijan will take part in the meeting.
Earlier, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had said that Armenia would participate in the “3 + 3”, but on the condition that issues that are already being discussed on other platforms would not be discussed there.
