Congresswoman Clark: Azerbaijan should recognize and respect Armenia’s sovereignty

In a Twitter post, U.S. Congresswoman Katherine Clark has expressed her support for the Armenian people and called on Azerbaijan to recognize and respect the sovereignty of Armenia.
“I stand with the people of Armenia who have suffered another unprovoked attack. Azerbaijan must acknowledge and respect Armenian sovereignty. I condemn this latest act of aggression and urge the government to adhere to last year’s peace deal,” she wrote.
On November 16, Azeri units once again violated launched an attack against Armenian border positions in the eastern border zone, using artillery, armored vehicles and firearms of different calibers.
