On November 5, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on conducting the 2022 winter conscription.

According to the decree, in January-February 2022, the winter conscription of male conscripts of the Artsakh Republic who are 18 years old by December 31, 2021 will be drafted to the military.
