Foreign Ministry spokesman denies any meeting planned between Putin, Aliyev, Pashinyan on Nov. 9

29.10.2021 | 19:35Yerevan continues to deny the rumors about the Pashinyan-Putin-Aliyev meeting in the first days of November. Russian Octagon media reported today that the Kremlin is preparing for the meeting of Russian President Putin with Azerbaijani President Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan, which, according to the media, will take place in Sochi on November 9.
“The parties will discuss the current situation in Nagorno Karabakh,” the online media wrote.
In response to the Factor.am’s question, Vahan Hunanyan, the spokesman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry, said that he had nothing to add to the statements made by Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at the Foreign Ministry on October 23. Mirzoyan denied such meeting was planned.
“Different formats of meetings are being discussed, and maybe, as a result of such possible meetings some text may be adopted,” the minister had said.
