Ukrainian general says Bayraktars ready to carry out combat missions

Turkish-made Bayraktar strike drones are included in the military duty of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and are ready for military use, Commander of the Joint Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lt Gen Sergey Nayev has said, TASS reports.
“They (Bayraktars) have been on duty since the spring of this year, they have carried out reconnaissance and exercises. When Ukraine bought these complexes, their staff was properly trained. Now the Bayraktars are ready for day and night reconnaissance, as well as for military use,” he said.
He added that Bayraktars have been on combat duty in Ukraine since March, during which “they have shown their efficiency in the field of intelligence, provided practical information about the enemy.”
